The Cora Marshall Gallery Return Policy

You may return items purchased at the Cora Marshall Online Gallery Store within 10 days from the date the order is received by you. All returns must have prior authorization. Please read the procedure for returning below.

Procedure for Returning an Item

1. You must inform our staff, via email, prior to shipping a return in order to receive proper instructions and authorization. If possible, simply send your return request as a reply to your shipping confirmation email. If that is not possible, email us at: info@coramarshall.net
2. After we receive the email, you will receive a RETURN CONFIRMATION number and the address to which to send the return. This number should be included with the return.
3. Purchase must be shipped back to us in its original packing material and container in undamaged condition.
4. Please mail the return package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address given in the RETURN CONFIRMATION email.
5. The refund will be processed after the item to be returned has been received and inspected. Shipping charges are not refundable.
